Download PikBuk App from Play Store (Link) or Apple Store (Link)
Install the app and get registered with your phone number, Facebook, twitter, Gmail or google+ account (please provide valid details for verification).

How do I login?
You Can login on the mobile app itself however you can login through our website also to track your order or change account details.
Is the password case sensitive?
Yes, the password is case sensitive. The password can be 128 characters long. It can include special characters, numbers, alphabets & spaces.
What if I don’t receive verification mail?
In case you don’t receive SMS or Verification mail, Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will activate your account and please add email@example.com in your address book so that you can receive all mails in your inbox.
How Can I change my password?
Please visit account page from the app or website, and select change password.
How to retrieve forgot password?
Click on forgot my password link from either your app or website, you will receive instructions mail to change your password in your registered email id.
How do I delete my account?
If you no longer wish to keep your pikbuk.in account, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your account.
How do I change newsletter preferences?
PikBuk occasionally sends email newsletters and other information that we think will interest our customers. If you do not want to get these:
there will be a link ‘Unsubscribe’, At the bottom of the newsletter , click the same to remove yourself from our mailing list
Email us at email@example.com and request to be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 7-10 business days for the change to take effect.
I am unable to use some functions of mobile app when I click "Create now". I get the following "application needs flash player" message. What should I do?
You need Adobe Flash Player to use those functions. If you do not have it installed yet, you will be prompted to download and install the Adobe Flash Player. Click the link and download the set up for the flash player and install the same. You may need to restart your browser after installation.
What is the picture quality recommended to create products?
Generally, most photos taken on latest models of digital cameras are suitable. Mobile phone photos may be unsuitable unless resolution is high. Images of at least 300dpi should be used for good quality print. As a rough guideline, images of at least 4-6 MB should be used for photobooks. You will be alerted with a red exclamation mark if the image used is of a low resolution. Kindly verify your design before adding to cart.
What type of photo file can I upload to my PikBuk account?
JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) and PNG NOTE: Whenever you upload to Pikbuk, only a copy is actually placed in your account. Your original digital photo remains unchanged.
How do I design products?
It’s easy to design photobooks in few easy steps. Download the PikBuk app from play store, register and login in the app, select pictures, reorder (optional), edit(optional) and proceed to checkout.
Importing Facebook or Instagram photos to PikBuk
In order to import photos from Facebook or Instagram, you need to login into Facebook or Instagram while selecting your pictures. There would be tabs (Facebook, Instagram), just click on the respective tab, login and select pictures.
How do I edit my Photos while creating the product?
-Click on the photo -Select the editing option from tools displayed
How many photos can I have / do I need in a product?
Our Photobooks give you option to select 32 to 40 pictures.
Is there any charge for uploading?
No. Uploading digital photos is free!
How long does it take to upload photos to PikBuk?
"It will take approximately 30-40 seconds to upload a 1MB digital photo file. The faster your Internet connection, the less time it will take to upload your photos.”
Are my prints going to look like the picture on my computer?
We actually print high-resolution images stored with your account and hence result will be better then what you see on your desktop. Actual photobooks look better, cleaner and more colorful than what you see on your monitor. We will display a warning (Exclamation Mark) for any photo that may not produce a good quality print.
I have completed my design, how should I proceed to order?
After previewing your design, you will need to click on print to proceed to order. After checking the details you can check out and make payment. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.
Can I change the quantity of items in the shopping cart?
Yes. Once are in the shopping cart you can edit the quantity needed.
Can I delete an order in the shopping cart?
Yes. In the shopping cart, click the Delete Icon for the item you would like to delete.
What payment options do you support?
We presently support 2 options, Debit Card and Credit Card
Do I get a confirmation after making payment online?
Yes. You will be notified if your payment is successful on the website. In most cases your bank will also send an sms.
How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped, by courier or via the post.
Where do you ship the order?
Your order can be shipped anywhere in India Except some non-deliverable zones. You need to enter the address where the product is to be shipped during your check out. Shipping charges will be extra.
How can I track my order?
Click on Track Orders to get a status update of your orders. You will see the list of all orders you have placed. Click on the order number that you want to track, to see the details
How can I know that my order has been placed successfully?
You will see the details of your order upon successful transaction, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you.
When I track my order, the status say "shipped" but I have not received it. Who do I contact?
It generally takes 1-2 days to receive products at Delhi NCR, 3-5 days in metro areas and 7-10 days to North Eastern parts and Interiors. You can track your order with the courier details that have been sent to you via email or using the track orders link. If your order does not reach you in the time mentioned above, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my order?
Kindly ensure that you "Preview" and "Verify" all designs before adding to cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is made your order will be automatically sent for production and hence cannot be cancelled.
The product I received is defective. Can I get a replacement?
As soon as you receive the order and notice defective product, kindly take a photo and email it to us at email@example.com. Our customer service team will contact you when they receive the email. You may be requested to send the order back to the return address. Please note that complaint needs to be made within 3 days of receipt of the product in order to be eligible for a replacement.
I received the parcel that is damaged externally. What should I do?
Kindly take a photo of the parcel before opening it. Then check if the product inside the parcel is damaged too. If yes, take a photo of the product as well. Email us the photo of the parcel (and product if damaged) together with the details of the courier acknowledgment receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will be in contact with you. You may be requested to send the order back to the return address. A complaint needs to be made within 3 days of receipt of the product in order to avail the refund.
